How can I test avalara integration on local machine, and debug the code

When I check my avalara account, I see the transactions are not comitted. The xml package shows "Comit=false". How can I debug this on local.

If you've purchased the source code you should be able to debug through the AvaTax.cs code.

Otherwise, make sure you've set the AvalaraTax.CommitTaxes AppConfig to true.

Please also check for errors in the system log in Admin>Configuration>Maintenance>View System Log

If that's set correctly, please create a support ticket with the AspDotNetStorefront version you're using.
