Which price is actually charged in Orders_ShoppingCart (Custom report)

Long story short, trying to build a report that's calculates taxes charged, and am a little confused by the orders_ShoppingCart table.  I see OrderedProductPrice, OrderedProductRegularPrice, OrderedProductSalePrice and OrderedProductExtendedPrice.  I see taxRate which appears to be the multiplier to calculate tax.  But on which price should I be working with?  Thanks for your help!

OrderedProductPrice should be what was actually charged to the customer for each line item.  That's Quantity x whichever other column was used, which will vary based on sales, promotions, customer levels, etc.
