Force browsers to see changes to file in bundled CSS

How do I make the bundled and minfied CSS query string version change so I can force browsers to reload the newer file?

bundledhome?v=uHf9-63CLSj6m41dbb7XpoYFfBnnHSlVXBZJrnWLRs81

I tried updating the css file and refreshing the store but that doesn't appear to do anything. What is the prefered way to update the bundled css?

Thanks,

Matt

I think I found the answer myself:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/mvc/overview/performance/bundling-and-minification#bundle-caching

When a file in the bundle is updated the bundle query string is updated.

I was testing this by adding a comment to one of the bundled css files and wasn't seeing any change in bundle which proably makes sense since comments are removed in the minified file. After making a real change in the file the querystring does seem to get updated.
