If/else statement to only show if the user is logged in

I know there has to be an easy answer for this but I am having trouble finding an answer!

I want to have a block of HTML code in an xml.config that only shows up if the visitor is logged in and then have an else statement that has a block of text to tell them to login.

Hi Jasper, you should be able to test for the root -> System -> CustomerIsRegistered value and based your choose/when/otherwise on that...
