Change price label for customer level pricing

I have a customer level that allows customers to use a PO (which we refer to on the site as "Insurance Payment"). This customer level is called "Insurance Payment Customer". These customers get a 25% discount on the site. When viewing the product page their price is labeled "Insurance Payment Customer Price". I would prefer it to say "Sale Price" or "Your Price". Is there a way to change this without changing the name of the customer level? Also is it possible to do this using an appconfig or string resource?
