Creatign a new site page

I need to create a new webpage with scripting code from a leasing vendor.  I'm wanting the page to be www.sitename.com/Apply-For-Lease.aspx and want the skin applied to the page.  How can I create a new page like this with the skin and the scripting code from the leasing vendor?  Not being a code person, this would seem simple, but the little cut and paste attempts I've done yield errors.

Not sure where you got stuck but there are two things set if using visual studio to create the page. That is adding the AspDotNetStorefront namespace and then inherting skinbase instead of the System.Web.UI.Page.

Basicly the front end looking something like this:

<%@ Page Language="C#" AutoEventWireup="true" CodeFile="Apply-For-Lease.aspx.cs" Inherits="AspDotNetStorefront.Apply-For-Lease" MasterPageFile="~/App_Templates/Skin_1/template.master" %>

<asp:Content ID="Content1" runat="server" ContentPlaceHolderID="PageContent">
</asp:Content>

And the code behind loooking something like this:

using System;
using System.Text.RegularExpressions;
using System.Collections;
using System.Web;
using System.Web.Security;
using System.Web.UI;
using System.Web.UI.HtmlControls;
using System.Web.UI.WebControls;
using AspDotNetStorefrontCore;

namespace AspDotNetStorefront
{
    public partial class Apply-For-Lease : SkinBase
    {
        protected void Page_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)
        {

        }
    }
}

Hope that helps
