runAllManagedModulesForAllRequests

I was using sql profiler to see if that was any query optimization I could do for a pending upgrade.

With this I started noticeing in my testing that refeshing the page would up the the lastipaddress for the customer a few times. I was comparing settings from a previous version and seen that I had changed runAllManagedModulesForAllRequests to false in pervious versions with no noticeable differance. Is there a reason this is set to true? Cause it seems going off of this blog post that setting it false is a performance increase due to not having to load customer information for static files.
