I have had multiple customers tell me that when moving from the payment to complete transaction screen they are being sent to a blank screen that says 'Customer Information Manager not enabled' and their online journey ends there.  I end up doing a phone order entry from our office and it works fine.  I've searched here but can't find anything about what that means or what I need to fix.  I haven't gathered information on their browsers yet.

Can anyone tell me what that message is refering to?

This means that you are using Authorize.NET, and have the CIM wallet enabled in your cart settings (check the configure in your Site Setup Wizard for Authorize.NET), but do not have the service enabled in your Authorize.NET account. It is an extra cost option to use it.
