I have an issue with an apparent bug with regards to pictures on our product pages not being deleted in V10.  I have year round benefits and submitted the ticket on Friday June 17.  It's now Tuesday June 21 and still no response.

Has anyone else had similar issues with non-response to their tickets?  How long did you ultimately have to wait for someone to deem you worthy of helping?

Normally you will receive an answer to a non-Live Site Down ticket within a day or two. Our policy is two business days. Currently though we are having a rather high ticket count so that may get pushed out a bit. More importantly, we respond to tickets in the queue based on "time since last activity", so if you post additional responses to your original ticket, it will fall to the back of the line, where it may not get caught for a while.
