Dotfeed recent problem - Connector is not Installed

Up until 4 days ago our dotfeed has been working. We've been adding some new items and noticed that they weren't getting updated. We are able to use the preview and checked the most recent items added, all of which seem fine in the preview. This leads me to think that we are connecting, just not getting the nightly scan and automatic upload to Google Shopping.

Any insight or help is appreciated.

An issue was recognized in the early hours today with a scheduling server responsible for DotFeed’s route handling. The service was restarted and all routes should refresh as expected today and going forward.

I've checked on your active channel and show that the route refreshed successfully today;
