Ok to Email box on Checkout - V10

On the version 10 checkout page, there is an "OK to Email" checkbox that is already checked. Where do I find the code for this box and make it so it isn't automatically checked?

The easiest way to change that would be to alter the aspdnsf_insCustomer stored procedure.  Change the initial OkToEmail value inserted into the Customer table to false.  The shopper will be given a customer record as soon as they add something to the cart, and it'll have that value set to false so the box won't be checked by the time they get to checkout.
