No Void or cancel option for Captured order

On 9.x ASPDNSF sites, we are able to cancel or void an order before the credit cards are processed by the merchant gateway at the end of the day. We are upgrading to V10, and I've run a test. The transaction was captured, and my only options are Refund (The gateway says that the order does not qualify for a refund), ad-hoc refund, and mark as refunded. Where has void gone?
